What does a render cost?

Two balances. One simple order.
Monthly credits are used first and unused monthly credits reset on renewal. Prepaid credits are used next and do not expire. Buying prepaid credits does not change your membership.
What if a render fails?
Credits are reserved when the job is accepted. A technical failure is reviewed and refunded once to your prepaid balance. A completed video counts as an attempt even if you choose to try a different creative result.
What stays in your library?
Standard videos are available for 7 days. Premium keeps generated videos within 50GB while membership is active. Over-limit outputs use standard retention. After Premium ends, archived videos have a 30-day download grace period. Keep your own backup.
